where have i been all this time?

Well it all started on the 21st of march 06, when i kinda gave up on the whole blog thing then the next bit i could not find the time and the most recent one was i have had a cough and a cold sinus pains too hot too cold couldnt sleep properly. Anyway im all better now and thats why im writing again.
